Having done a bit of testing, it appears that I’ve found the problem. Don’t yet know how to fix it, but, I do, potentially, have a temporary solution for you.
Try using a different internet browser. As best I can tell at this point, the problem seems to be exclusive to Internet Explorer. I have accessed the database app via Chrome, Firefox and Safari, and all appear to load all data just fine. IE is the only browser that does not.
I will get to work on trying to nail down the glitch, but, in the meantime, I suggest trying any web browser but IE.

Thanks for the heads-up on the issue, though. I still need to try and get this corrected for those users who only use IE.
